Formations
An element I see that was carried over from the "Influential Forms" series and became clearer and more amplified in these paintings was how one shape and colour seemed to play off the next. The creation process became a directly involved observation of the law of cause and effect as the colours and forms seemed to fall into their respective places determined by the preceding arrangements. The final result is a colourful and graphic arrangement of forms that bring to mind patterns found in nature.
